My Reviews-

I received one of the best services from Aaron. I was buying long distance, and Aaron not only found the property we were looking for within extremely short period of time, but also offered his help after the purchase with utilities hook up. Aaron listen to us when we explained what we wanted, we  actually spend less than originally anticipated. if I had any questions he had the answer right away, he kept us updated on the property throughout the transaction and negotiation time. This is my 5th property I bought through 5 different agents, by far one of the best experiences.

-Thanks, it was a real pleasure working with you as well.

Thank you for everything Aaron!! I have never worked with an Agent as outstanding as you!!! Thank you for making something that is normally a painful experience into a real pleasurable one. Take care and good luck.

-And thank you, your good care of the home really made this sale problem-free.

Nice 3.33 acre parcel in the quiet community of Clay Springs. Gently sloping terrain dotted with shaggy-bark cedar trees. Ready for your cabin, manufactured home, or just to visit and enjoy. Only 27.900.

Very nice home on .23 acre lot. Unique layout offers 2 separate living quarters with potential for rental income. Nicely dotted with tall pines, in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. On a paved, county-maintained road, just minutes away from stores, resturaunts, and national forest. Recently re-plumbed throughout with pex tubing. Reduced to 89,900.

My family began visiting this area from Glendale around 1978, we immediately fell in love with the mountains, the people, the whole lifestyle. We began to pour everything into setting up a new life here, bought a parcel of land, had a shell cabin built in 1981, and were living in it by late 1984. I was in the first graduating class from Mogollon High School, 1990, my family ran a small gift shop for over 20 years, it didn't make us rich but ended up paying off the house. I live on the south edge of Heber with my son and my father. I'm very proud to be a part of  the West USA Realty team, I absolutely love this job! Without further ado, here are the homes and lots I have up for sale-

I'm working in cooperation with another agent to sell this home. 2 bed, 2 bath split layout 1024 sq. ft. on .23 acre lot. Nice well-maintained single wide with covered front deck, tucked away on a quiet side road but just a 1/4 mile or so from paved road, and just a few minutes from stores, resturaunts, and the national forest. Asking 99,000.

Absolutely beautiful 1.48 acre parcel in a secluded area in Overgaard. Mix of tall ponderosa pine and cedar trees, several clear, level areas for building. Shared well on adjoining lot, well agreement indicates $200 one-time to connect, $50 per month fee for use. Power is to lot line. At the end of a long dirt road, so expect very little traffic. Perc test has been done. A must-see property. Back on the market at only $68,000.

Very nice, well-maintained single wide with addition on .12 acre lot with many tall ponderosa trees offering much shade. On a quiet county-maintained dirt road in a peaceful neighborhood. Recently re-plumbed with pex tubing. Radiant propane wall-mounted heaters spaced throughout, or use the Franklin woodburning stove in living room. Also features large garden tub in master bath, stacked washer/dryer, and utility shed in rear. Reduced to 89,900.

Absolutely beautiful .49 acre lot in the High Country Pines subdivision. Heavily treed with oak, juniper, cedar, and pinon and ponderosa pines. Close to level, but with a slight grade for good drainage. On a paved, county-maintained road. HOA in place to protect your investment. Tucked away nearly a mile from Heber, but just minutes away from stores, restaurants, schools, and the national forest, only $44,900.
